Karl Nettgen

Karl has been with brokering Gold Beach real estate for past nine years. He quickly proved himself to be an excellent agent, surpassing his peers in sales and continually receiving awards at both the local and regional levels. In addition, he is an active, volunteer member of the Curry County Planning Commission. This position allows him access to current information that may affect the ever-changing dynamic of the local real estate market as well as understanding the complexities of land development. Laurel Gerkman

Laurel is an avid historian in addition to her passion for Gold Beach real estate. She has volunteered hundreds of hours to the local museum conducting research and creating exhibits. One of her achievements was to restore the local Pioneer Cemetery and write a interpretive walking tour booklet, Renderings – from the Gold Beach Pioneer Cemetery in addition to compiling a 4th Grade Lesson Plan utilizing the site as an outdoor classroom.
