Remarkable Gold Beach Real Estate agent

Gold Beach real estate is a good investment

Yes, trite as it may be, a home is still a good investment. Especially when you can find deals like this. Here is one of Karl Nettgen’s listings: 94440 Linda Lane. The property description reads something like this:

Breathtaking Ocean front with sandy beach, crashing surf and rugged views from Crook point to Cape Sebastian.

No way? Really. Well maybe a slight pun, but after building this entire website and getting a first hand glimpse (without actually having been there) of what the real estate looks like in Gold Beach, it’s clear that you aren’t likely to find this type of land for sale anywhere in the U.S.—soon, anyway—because people will start buying again. It’s true.

Optimism about the real estate market

Indeed, that is optimism about the real estate market. It’s also a reality based on what I’ve been constructing here with this site. Also, it’s based on what I know about Karl Nettgen. He not only understands homeownership, the Gold Beach region, the psychology of buying a home, but he also gets “new marketing.” As long as there are people that truly believe in what they are selling and passionate about what it is they do—there will always be a market—for anything. ATV’s included.

Alas, that won’t happen to Gold Beach real estate. Primarly because of Karl Nettgen. (Clearly, I am biased. But for good reason.) I have been personally writing about real estate for a few years now. Here is one of my first blogs and here is a luxury real estate blog and another marketing blog about luxury real estate, in particular: New Press Model.

I wrote about Karl two years ago. Not only does he believe in what he’s doing, but he believes in the property he’s selling. In fact, he and I got to know each other when I was selling him marketing and advertising for his high-end properties. Every time we talked, he couldn’t help but to try to convince me that Gold Beach real estate was worth “my actual moving from where I was…” He wasn’t doing this to amuse me. In fact, I’m not sure he even knew he was doing it. That’s someone that believes in the market and what they are selling. Work on commission? He ought to raise his. If I owned a property in Gold Beach, there would be no alternative to representing my home for sale.

Gold Beach real estate is not something that had been beaten by the perils of “predatory lending” or speculation by greed. This is truly what makes Curry County and real estate on the Coastal Northwest town of Gold Beach attractive.

Say what you will about “the market.” Say what you will about finding a great loan. One thing is for sure, and I am a credible source, because I built this entire website. Gold Beach real estate is nothing short of beautiful and the properties and photos tell their own story… and if you don’t so, contact Karl Nettgen, he’ll be glad to tell you about it… but you may just end up wanting to move relocate.
